Kai Lien is a graduate of Auburn University with degrees in Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Besides his technical know-how, He has full grasp of business processes. He leverages IT staff to expand businesses for his clients.

Since our foundation in 2000 our goal has been to use IT staff to expand our clients’ businesses.
It is common knowledge that business operates on the Intranet and Internet. However, in-house IT staff is one of the lowest priority in hiring for non-IT businesses. From a doctor office to an insurance agency, a nurse or an agent with knowledge of router / modem is not an IT staff.
